My little girl and I had an early lunch today.  Thanks for the leftovers we had from our dinner last night at Texas Roadhouse.  We are supposed to go over to a friend’s house for some game card fun today.  Actually, the fun has started already but since hubby is still at work, we are going to be late.  It is in fact fine so my girl will be able to have her much needed nap.  She had been sick last week and up to now she is still a little bit congested.  We are just so happy that it didn’t develop into a full-blown cold.  No siree, we never want her asthma to kick in.

The weather today is kind of ominous – very gloomy and chilly.  Mr. Sunshine didn’t grace us with his presence today.  I doubt if he will show up this afternoon since it is getting gloomier by the hour.  Well, it’s actually a good weather to have a nap.  Maybe I should have one, you think?  Anyways, I wish we all have a wonderful weekend!  Enjoy it with your family and friends.  Be safe!
